As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, pk678 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include — but is not limited to — a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support through the official contact channel. Account closure requests related to responsible gambling will be processed as a priority and with particular care. pk678 also reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the operator's decision is final.
Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency and connectivity factors. Any bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded — due to data feed delays or connectivity issues — may be voided. pk678 is not liable for bets placed in reliance on delayed or incorrect live data.
In the event of a software malfunction, technical failure or human error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes or otherwise invalid game rounds, the operator reserves the right to void all affected bets. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gambling licence. This is not the jurisdiction of Pakistan.
